Our licensed iMMRS users have 24/7 access to their data through the secure web-based interface. Every user is identified with a password and linkage to a specific Data Use Agreement (or multiple DUAs if they are authorized.) JEN’s expert team provides the following support:

• Initial on-site 6-hour training within the first week after licensing
• Follow-up on-site training if needed
• Web-based tutorial videos
• Help desk support 9:00-5:00 eastern time
• Individual web-ex training by appointment
• Research support to assist with framing hypotheses, query design, logic
• Data base customization to construct user-specified data elements not currently in the system (one-day turn-around for most items)
